Copima Edge
CopEdge enables external B2B customers to place orders directly without relying on sales representatives. Through the app, customers can consult a reduced product catalog (as can be configured by the app administrator) and select products to order.
The customer can then track the progress of order processing, from receipt through validation and preparation to delivery.
The statements resulting from these operations can then be accessed and downloaded via the platform. The application is available to customers in three variants: Web, Android and iOS, while the management interface is available on the Web.

COPS
CopOPS is the heart of the company operations; it allows operators with different roles to handle all product movements in/from the different product inventories. The validation of orders, the monitoring of stock levels, signals for the packaging of orders, etc. all run through CopOPS. Consequently, this application is an integral part of the CopCore suite and has interfaces to all modules.
Users of this application use either Android smartphones or tablets for mobile tasks in the various inventories, or the web version for desk-based employees. Operations management software for picking, packing and invoicing.

ArchiScan serves as a web file management hub connected to all CopCore Suite applications. Administrators can define classification patterns for better organization/archiving of uploaded files (e.g. financial documents) as well as validation workflows.
